Private Resume Check

About Private Resume Check

A free resume checker that does one thing, fast, without asking for anything.

Most job seekers never find out why their applications vanish. The tools that explain it tend to want an account, your email, a subscription, and a copy of your resume on their servers.

Private Resume Check is an independent project built on a different idea: your device is fast enough to do this itself. So the scoring, including the AI model, runs in your browser, there is nothing to sign up for, and nobody ever sees your resume.

How it stays free

It costs almost nothing to run, because there are no servers doing the work. If the site links to a paid service that’s worth your money, that link may be an affiliate link, and it will say so. The checker itself will always be free and will never need your data.

Is the score “real”?

It’s honest. No outside tool can see inside an employer’s applicant tracking system. What we score is what those systems have in common. The formatting checks are plain rules you can read in full. Matching your resume to a job uses a small AI language model that understands meaning, so “mentored a team of six” counts toward “coach junior engineers”. It gives the same answer every time.
